The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business
After we give you an estimate and you have signed the service agreement we will begin servicing your property on a scheduled basis. We also will update you with photos of before and after for every service job we do.
If there are any issues with a non-show you would contact our customer service department which is available from 8am to 5pm PST and let them know and they will credit your account and the next service would be free of charge. It is very rare to have a no-show on a scheduled maintenance service, but in the rare case that this happens we take care of our customers.
